On the hunt Charters is a family run business operating on Waiheke Island, a 40 minute ferry ride from Auckland, New Zealand. Owners, Leon and Adelaide Tong have worked hard to have their dream business set up on the island.
Leon was born and raised on Waiheke, spending any free time fishing with his dad and mates, and playing sports. Leon later travelled to Australia working in the mines until him and Adelaide settled back in New Zealand.
Adelaide was born in France and raised in Perth, Australia, and worked in Business and Contract Management. Later moving to New Zealand to start a family and kick off the business.
As well as running the business, Leon and Adelaide are proud parents to Tyson & Ahlia.
